Shipping & Warranty

Production:

Production time is the time it takes BEFORE your order ships. Each piece is made by hand in our Ohio studio, and we strive to get each order out as soon as possible.

Most orders are ready to ship in about 5 business days (Business days are M-F).

Please expect delays during the holidays and shop early for the best experience! Updated processing time will be communicated in the banner at the top of the page if extended.

Shipping:

We offer FREE US Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

Orders under $50 ship for $5 via USPS First Class mail.

(Approximately 4-7 business days for First Class Mail - Does not include stated processing time)

Need it sooner? We have two shipping service upgrades available at checkout. USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 business days) and USPS Expedited/Overnight which can take 1-2 business days.

We also offer International Shipping for $15. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Local Pickup/Sylvania Ohio:

We offer a free porch pickup option for local Sylvania, OH residents. Please use code: LOCALPICKUPONLY at checkout to waive the shipping charge. Any order that uses this code that is not local will be cancelled immediately. We will text or email you with directions for pickup when ready.

Warranty:

All jewelry comes with a 90-day warranty for any defects in your chains, jump rings, or clasps.

Please email us if you experience any issues with your jewelry and we'll get you taken care of!

We also offer repair service and lifetime tarnish removal for a nominal fee.

14k Gold Filled

  • Looks, feels and wears just like real 14k gold
  • NEVER rubs off, flakes off, or changes colors
  • Comprised of a jeweler's brass core that has many layers of real 14k gold permanently and mechanically bonded to create a demi-fine quality product to last a lifetime
  • Hypoallergenic: If you can only wear 14k gold due to skin reactions, you can also wear 14k gold filled! Gold is the only thing that touches your skin.

TO CLEAN: Clean by wiping with your included polishing cloth after wearing to restore shine.

Sterling Silver

  • Hypoallergenic, Nickel Free and will last a lifetime.
  • Natural precious metal that can tarnish over time. This is simply surface tarnish from reacting to the air and can be easily restored by using a silver polishing cloth or sterling silver dip cleaner.
  • Tarnish Free Guarantee: If you need some assistance, simply contact us to send it back for us to quickly clean up your sterling silver pieces that you've purchased from us!
  • Please store your sterling pieces in an airtight baggie
